Marina Ivanov

CEO & Co-Founder

Marina built Apex alongside Stan, starting with a single truck in 2012. She organizes Women in Trucking North Carolina, speaks on networking and leadership, and advocates in Washington, DC for truck parking and driver rights.

Stan Ivanov

President & Co-Founder

Stan was Apex's first driver. Today he oversees fleet operations, driver relations, and where Apex trucks go.

Alex Volk

VP of Operations

Alex runs day-to-day execution for Apex truckload, dedicated, and brokerage services.

Roseann Merritt

Director of Finance

Roseann runs finance at Apex, including the cost-plus pricing model our customers count on.

Jason Sanders

Director of Brokerage

Jason has more than 20 years in freight brokerage. He runs the Apex brokerage team and is the first call for freight agents thinking about joining Apex.
